Are you a highly organised professional who enjoys supporting students, academics, and innovative education programs?
As a Teaching Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of teaching and learning activities across the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Working closely with academic and professional staff, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate coursework programs.
You will contribute to a broad range of activities, including assessments, scheduling, learning systems, sessional workforce administration, student experience initiatives, and education projects across the Melbourne City and Parkville campuses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of coursework programs, assessments, scheduling, and learning systems.
- Coordinating teaching and learning activities, student administration processes, and faculty events.
- Providing advice and support to academic staff, students, and key stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and education projects.
- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of casual support staff and operational activities.

This is a full-time, on-campus position requiring attendance five days per week between Melbourne City and Parkville campuses. Hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
