As our Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence that informs marketing, recruitment and portfolio decisions. Working across CRM, digital, media and market intelligence data, you will uncover trends, optimise performance and guide strategic direction at scale.

Your Day to Day will look like

  • Lead advanced analysis across CRM, digital, media, market and student lifecycle data to generate actionable insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, models and reporting to support campaign optimisation and strategic decision-making

  • Define and maintain data structures, taxonomies and frameworks to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders

  • Design and embed measurement frameworks across campaigns, channels and strategic initiatives

  • Collaborate across marketing, martech and data teams to improve data integration, governance and analytics capability

About You/Selection Criteria

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, GA4 and CRM reporting platforms

  • Strong knowledge of statistical modelling techniques such as regression and clustering, and broader analytical methods

  • Experience building dashboards, data visualisations and working with survey and insight platforms

  • Proven experience developing and operationalising predictive models across the marketing or recruitment funnel

  • Strong understanding of marketing data structures, tracking, campaign measurement and funnel analytics

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in cloud-based environments

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders

  • High attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, governance and accuracy

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Australian higher education sector and relevant datasets (desirable)
