The Opportunity
Join a high-performing, customer-focused IT support team as a Senior Service Desk Officer, where you’ll play a critical role in delivering responsive, high-quality frontline support across the organisation. This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to complex ICT issues, while driving excellent user outcomes and satisfaction. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery, all within a collaborative environment that values autonomy, professionalism, and technical excellence.
Key Selection Criteria

Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and standard and customised software environments

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability

Effective time management and clear communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent issues

Proven commitment to high-quality customer service

In-depth knowledge of Standard Operating Environments (SOE)

Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one ICT discipline
