The Opportunity
We are seeking a personable, active individual with considerable experience in customer service to assist with the daily operations of the fitness centre. As Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including membership sales and renewals, casual court hire and facility booking requests and POS transactions. You will also be responsible for the daily operations within the Fitness Centre, including supervising and leading a team of instructors in the delivery of fitness, program and fitness centre supervision.
Your well-developed communication skills will be of great benefit in this position as you form excellent working relationships with staff, students, and gym patrons, and collect and analyse data relevant to the fitness centre, including report preparation and record maintenance.
This exciting role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated health and fitness instructor who is seeking employment within a team dedicated to service excellence. If you hold a current Senior First Aid qualification and have a current registration with AUSActive as an Accredited Professional, we strongly encourage you to apply for this position.
This role requires on-site attendance Monday to Friday and involves a structured shift pattern comprising a combination of day and evening shifts. Flexibility to work across these shifts is an essential requirement of the position.
