Join Monash University as a Service Desk and Membership Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences within Monash Sport. This dynamic position supports the efficient operation of the Venues and Aquatic Service Desks at the Clayton campus, coordinating health and fitness memberships, service desk administration, and customer engagement activities. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to high-quality service delivery while building strong relationships with members, customers, staff and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines. You will bring a strong commitment to customer service excellence, experience supervising and motivating staff, and the confidence to work collaboratively while exercising sound judgement independently.
