The Opportunity

The Faculty of Engineering is seeking a Casual Senior Administrative Officer to join the Graduate Research Office.

In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support and advice to graduate research students and academics across the full candidature lifecycle. You will coordinate admissions, enrolments, milestones, scholarships, events, and graduate research programs while supporting continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives.

We’re looking for a highly organised and client-focused professional with strong administration, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
