The Opportunity
The Education Success Adviser provides end-to-end case management and integrated student support across the student lifecycle, including recruitment, admissions, orientation, enrolment, student engagement, academic progress and course completion. The role supports students to successfully navigate their studies, connect with the broader university community and engage meaningfully in university life, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery and student experience.
