The Opportunity

The Enterprise, Intelligence and Insights team at Monash University have two exciting opportunities for Senior Planning and Reporting Analysts. This is your chance to help shape the future of student load and admissions strategy across the Monash Group.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for contributing to student load and admissions management, including the development of integrated plans, optimisation of load allocations and admissions targets, performance monitoring, reporting, insights and recommended corrective actions that are consistent with the University's ambitions. Further, you will undertake high-level research, advanced modelling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of internal and external policy and process changes, higher education sector trends, and other factors influencing admissions patterns and student load management.

The role requires postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive sector experience and specialist expertise in student admissions/load/revenue & resources planning / ERP systems; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
