An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced pharmacy professional to lead and shape the future of experiential pharmacy education within a vertically integrated Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons)/Doctor of Pharmacy program.
The Senior Lecturer – StEPs Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Student Experiential Placements (StEPs) program, designed to enhance student practical capability, graduate outcomes, and career readiness through immersive workplace learning across all four years of the undergraduate degree.
This role is ideally suited to a highly experienced registered pharmacist with a strong background in hospital and/or community pharmacy, extensive experience training junior pharmacists, and well-established professional networks across the sector.
The successful candidate will play a major role in advancing experiential pharmacy education and contributing significantly to teaching excellence within the Faculty.
Applicants must:
• Be a registered pharmacist
• Demonstrate significant professional experience in pharmacy practice and education
• Possess strong industry relationships within hospital and/or community pharmacy sectors
• Have a demonstrated commitment to collaborative leadership, innovation, and student success
