The Opportunity
The Senior Enrolments Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality enrolment services at Monash University. Working within a dynamic and student-focused environment, the position provides high-level administrative support across enrolment strategies, programs and initiatives, including student records, enrolments, re-enrolments and government loan schemes. Operating with professionalism, sound judgement and attention to detail, the role contributes to an outstanding student experience while ensuring compliance with University policy and legislative requirements.
This position will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing a broad range of enrolment services activities, including process management, policy and procedural advice, reporting, audit and data integrity tasks. The role will deliver exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders, particularly in relation to government loan schemes, while ensuring compliance with privacy, confidentiality and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will provide specialist enrolment advice and support to staff and stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with governance, compliance, quality assurance and performance reporting activities. Working collaboratively across Faculties and professional teams, the Senior Enrolments Officer will build strong stakeholder relationships to support the effective delivery of enrolment services and operational outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in administration and operational service delivery within a complex environment, along with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will bring a strong commitment to customer service excellence, sound analytical and problem-solving capability, and the ability to exercise initiative, judgement and independence. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, are essential. Experience using systems such as Salesforce (UniCRM), Callista, Google Business and the Microsoft Office suite will be highly regarded, as will experience interpreting and applying policy, process and compliance requirements.
