About the Opportunities

Proactively source candidates for academic or professional roles across a large, complex university environment using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping techniques

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a warm bench of engaged candidates

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

Contribute to employer brand activity by delivering a considered, consistent candidate experience from first contact
About You

Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing within either a corporate, agency, or in-house recruitment environment

Proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (preferably PageUp)

Strong ability to engage passive candidates with clear, compelling outreach

Familiarity with sourcing for either specialist professional or academic/research roles within a large organisation or tertiary institution

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously without losing quality

A collaborative approach and genuine curiosity about the people behind the résumé
