The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Alumni Relations Coordinator to provide a range of administrative and operational support services to enable the delivery of key alumni relations strategies, programs and initiatives aligned with the strategic objectives of Monash Business School and the University. The role plays a key part in supporting effective engagement between the portfolio, the University, and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment with broader alumni engagement priorities.
Working closely with teams such as Graduate Development, Global Programs, Student Recruitment and Advancement, the Senior Alumni Relations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the alumni function, including engagement planning, data analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. The role also contributes to project coordination, stakeholder relationship management, and administrative support for MBA/EMBA alumni committees, while assisting with budget oversight, policy development, and the maintenance of effective cross-university partnerships.

With highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in building relationships, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and preparing and presenting clear and insightful reports.
