The Opportunity

Join Monash Rural Health Bendigo as a Clinical Site Administrative Officer and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Monash University Doctor of Medicine (MD) program. This rewarding position provides high-level administrative support to academic staff while helping ensure a positive and successful experience for medical students undertaking rural placements.

Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will coordinate a range of operational and administrative activities including student support, timetabling, committee administration, data management, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain service excellence, and build strong relationships will be key to your success.

Travelling to various University campuses may be part of the position, and possessing a valid driver's license is crucial for performing the responsibilities.
