The Opportunity
Join the School of Earth, Atmosphere and Environment as the Executive Officer and provide a range of complex administrative and governance services to support the Head of School and the School Manager in this pivotal role.
The Executive Officer is a key liaison point between the school, university and internal and external client groups, and works closely with internal partners including other schools within the Faculty of Science, to ensure alignment with the School of Earth Atmosphere and Environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing complex administrative and governance to support the school leadership

Coordinating and delivering services including policy interpretation and advice

Preparing professional documentation, providing high-level advice and maintaining discretion at all times

Providing executive level support to committees and working groups

Providing specialist advice and administration support to projects, events and the School of Earth Atmosphere and Environment office operations
