The Opportunity

Monash University is seeking an exceptional leader to partner with the Finance Portfolio and drive the strategic direction, delivery and continuous improvement of Finance technology services. This role will play a pivotal part in modernising and transforming Finance systems, including shaping the University's transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and supporting a broader program of digital transformation.

As a trusted advisor to senior Finance and University leaders, you will lead a portfolio of complex initiatives, products and services, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value. You will influence strategic decision-making, develop technology roadmaps, and champion innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience and organisational outcomes.

We are looking for a highly collaborative and influential leader with experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation in complex environments. You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, a track record of leading high-performing teams, and the ability to bridge business priorities and technology solutions to achieve meaningful outcomes.

This is an outstanding opportunity to shape the future of Finance technology at one of Australia's leading universities and make a lasting impact across the organisation.
