The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Indigenous Research Excellence the focus of this role will be to oversee and deliver research services to support the operations of the DVC Indigenous Portfolio.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects aligned to the strategic goals for the Monash Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Framework, focusing on engagement, research and capacity building. 
You will ensure Indigenous HDRs have access to tailored support services, including mentoring programs, networking opportunities, and specific guidance on navigating the research environment within the university.

The appointee will have:
● Undergraduate qualifications and relevant experience; or
● extensive experience and leadership expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
