The Opportunity
The Clinical Integration Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the School of Psychological Sciences, Turner Clinics and Turner Institute by delivering high-level administrative and operational support across clinical services, research and education. Working closely with the Clinical Services Coordinator, you will help ensure the seamless delivery of clinical placements, day-to-day clinic operations, projects and events while providing trusted advice and responsive support to staff, students, clinicians and other stakeholders.
This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational oversight of the Turner Clinics at Notting Hill, serving as the primary on-site contact for enquiries and coordinating reception services to ensure smooth daily operations. You will support clinical training activities through staff, clinician and student orientation, visitor assistance and liaison with central University services. The role has a primary focus on managing the Clinical Test Library and its specialised resources, coordinating activities across operations, research, training and education portfolios, providing executive support to clinical and research committees, and contributing to the development and implementation of local procedures and operational improvements. You will also provide responsive administrative support to School activities and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
To be successful in this role you will have outstanding administrative, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the confidence to exercise sound judgement and initiative. Your highly developed communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, while your proficiency with business systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and your ability to work both collaboratively and independently will ensure your success in this dynamic environment.
