The Opportunity
Join our team as an Educational Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of teaching and learning within the Engineering Faculty. Working collaboratively with academic and professional staff, you'll drive innovative educational initiatives that enhance accreditation-compliant curriculum design, programmatic assessment approaches and the overall student learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to influence educational excellence and support a culture of continuous improvement across the Faculty.
As an educational design expert, you'll lead projects that introduce contemporary teaching approaches, provide strategic advice on learning technologies and pedagogical practices, and deliver engaging professional development for staff. You'll partner with stakeholders across the Faculty and broader University community to design, implement and evaluate impactful educational solutions that support quality teaching and successful student outcomes.
We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking professional with a passion for educational innovation and change. You'll enjoy building strong relationships, guiding staff through educational transformation, staying at the forefront of emerging trends in higher education, and contributing to a thriving community of practice dedicated to excellence in engineering education.
