The Opportunity
In this influential leadership role, you will work closely with the Dean, Faculty General Manager and Faculty Executive to translate the Faculty of Information Technology’s strategic vision into measurable outcomes. Leading a broad portfolio spanning strategy, planning, operations and transformation, you will drive faculty-wide initiatives, optimise resources and governance, and ensure the Faculty is well-positioned to achieve its ambitious research, education and engagement objectives.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Planning & Faculty Performance: Partnering with senior leaders to lead planning processes, align resources and priorities, oversee KPI reporting, risk management and business continuity activities, and support delivery of key Faculty and University objectives.

Operational Leadership & Transformation: Leading complex faculty-wide projects and organisational change initiatives, driving continuous improvement, governance excellence and service optimisation while ensuring effective implementation of strategic priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.

Leading High-Performing Teams & Stakeholder Engagement: Providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and professional growth, while building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes for the Faculty.
