The Opportunity
This secondment offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic direction and evolution of a key digital product, driving innovation and delivering meaningful outcomes for the University community. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will shape product vision and roadmap, translate business and user needs into high-value solutions, and lead the product lifecycle from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and end users to prioritise initiatives, coordinate product releases, and champion best practice in product management, change adoption and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
Key Selection Criteria

Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through to delivery and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on business value and user outcomes.

Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in Lean and Agile environments, managing priorities, dependencies and successful product releases.

Highly developed planning, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical, innovative solutions.

Experience coaching, developing and motivating technical and professional teams to achieve product roadmap objectives and continuous improvement outcomes.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse groups.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts, facilitate workshops and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, champion change, and deliver customer-focused outcomes within a large, complex organisation
