The Opportunity
Join the Enterprise Intelligence and Insights team as a Senior Strategic Analyst.
Enterprise Intelligence and Insights are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Analyst to deliver high-level analytical expertise that directly shapes the University's global ranking strategies and research performance evaluations. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy to provide complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, modeling and forecasting. In this role, you will synthesise complex data into actionable insights, helping senior executives evaluate strategic initiatives, business proposals and emerging opportunities.
Your core focus will involve designing lead indicators for key operational activities, integrating external benchmarking data to enrich internal datasets and assessing the impact and benefit realisation of prioritised executive projects. Working collaboratively with the Enterprise Insights and Intelligence team and various university portfolios, you will develop robust frameworks, methodologies and specialised executive reports that drive continuous improvement and support university-wide decision-making.
To excel in this position, you will hold postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of strategic management expertise and analytical training. You must possess demonstrated skill in complex data modeling, international rankings and research performance analytics and strategic forecasting, along with exceptional communication skills to engage senior leaders and translate technical findings into compelling strategic advice.
