The Opportunity

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS). You will support academics, researchers, and staff across HR, finance, and staffing,.

You will coordinate staffing and visitor requirements, including contracts, timesheets and compliance, maintain accurate records and data, and provide timely advice to a diverse range of stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring efficient processes and a high standard of service across the Faculty.

About You

You will be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience using REX, CEM and other HR systems is required, and you will be confident working across multiple systems and administrative processes. Please address this requirement in your application.

You will also bring strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively while exercising sound judgement and initiative. Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP and Callista, along with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, will be highly regarded.
