Remuneration: HEW 5 ($86,344 - $99,179) plus 17% superannuation

The Opportunity

Join the Monash Rural Health Gippsland team as a Clinical Site Administrator and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Year 3B rural medical education program. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support across Gippsland, coordinating student placements, timetabling, assessment tracking, reporting and other activities that contribute to effective clinical education.

You’ll work closely with students, clinical academic staff and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless placement experience. The role also provides pastoral support to students, assists with facility operations and contributes to continuous improvement across the Gippsland sites.

About You

You’ll be an organised and proactive administrator with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. You’ll bring sound judgement, attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach, with the ability to navigate complex matters sensitively and professionally.

You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with a diverse range of people. Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office, databases and administrative systems will be highly regarded, along with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team environment.

*Please note: This position involves travel to various University locations, some of which may not be easily accessible by public transport. A valid driver’s licence is therefore essential.
