The Opportunity

Join the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine as a Senior Course Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our flagship undergraduate degrees, including the Bachelor of Health Sciences, Bachelor of Public Health and Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honors). Reporting directly to the Undergraduate Courses Manager, you will oversee student administration, coordinate course processes and deliver high-quality, professional support to students, staff and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will implement and coordinate key administrative processes, process study abroad applications, advise on university policy, support academic committees and generate operational reports. You will deliver exceptional customer service by offering timely advice on course maps, results and grievance procedures while maintaining strict privacy and compliance standards. Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of undergraduate events, drive continuous improvement across administrative workflows and build strong collaborative networks to ensure seamless program operations.

Applicants should hold a relevant degree with subsequent administrative experience, or possess an equivalent combination of extensive operational experience and specialist expertise in higher education administration. You will need a background in managing complex course administration processes, student queries and academic policies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for delivering high-level customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, sound judgment and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
