The Opportunity

What You'll Be Driving

Sitting within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise), you'll lead end-to-end delivery of key projects that drive the University’s research and enterprise priorities from initiation through to evaluation. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks across concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across academic and professional services teams
  • Preparing governance documentation, status reporting, and executive briefings
  • Identifying delivery blockers early and driving timely resolution

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience delivering medium-to-large projects in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Strong command of project management methodologies. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
  • Experience working within or alongside a university, government, or large public sector environment
  • Sharp written communication skills, particularly for governance and executive audiences
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, business, or a related discipline
