We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Services team on a permanent basis, where you will be responsible for supporting projects for some of our largest Australian clients.

Join our Business Efficiency team as a Senior Project Manager and lead transformative IT initiatives that shape our organization's future. Based in Melbourne, this role offers the chance to manage complex, high-value projects while working with cutting-edge technology and diverse stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs exceeding $5M+ AUD, from business case development through to post-implementation review
  • Apply expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers
  • Present project health, risks, and ROI to executive stakeholders and steering committees
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations with external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with Australian cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years IT industry experience with 5-7 years in project leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing project budgets between $2M-$10M+ AUD
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and complex financial modeling
  • Background in cloud migrations or major ERP/CRM implementations
  • Strong stakeholder influence and team leadership capabilities
