Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity  

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator with a “can-do” attitude to support our Business Support Manager with the continual improvement of systems and processes within our Infrastructure Delivery team.

You will focus on ensuring that the Stanley Street office, Infrastructure Delivery and Major Projects Team are sufficiently supported to excel at their roles, by owning their administrative support.

This role will mainly be office-based duties with offering support to the Projects Teams. The Administrator will approach tasks with a “can do” attitude and make themselves accessible to key stakeholders.

The Administrator will report to the Business Support Manager and work to ensure administration functions within the office are carried out to a consistently high standard, making sure that we are meeting and exceeding the needs of our internal and external customers, along with continually looking and striving for continuous improvement in our systems and processes

  • Experience in providing good quality administration support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have a confident and friendly approach.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle conflicting priorities
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Some experience of Microsoft SharePoint would be an advantage.
  • Current drivers licence would be desirable but not essential.
  • A clear customer-service orientation and customer friendly approach
  • Proven experience in developing relationships at all levels within the organisation and with external stakeholders
