The KCM creates significant value to MMG by overseeing the recruitment lifecycle for the project. 

We are pleased to advise that we seek a HR Officer.  Based in Beijing Office and reporting to Project Director, the purpose of this job is in addition to recruitment, you will also support general HR functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and HR operations. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across mining technical and commercial roles, while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with organisational policies.

Recruitment:
•Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organisational staffing needs for the mining expansion project.
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offer letter release, and onboarding.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
•Conduct recruitment activities across all levels, including senior-level, mid-level management, and entry-level roles in mining technical and commercial functions.
•Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the mining industry.
•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies.
•Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and values to potential candidates.
HR Responsibilities:
•Support employee relations by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
•Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
•Manage HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
•Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational goals.
•Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
•Assist in workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
•Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with market standards and organisational policies.

To be considered, candidates must have •3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mining technical and commercial roles.
•Strong understanding of country-specific hiring processes and policies.
•Previous experience in mining, manufacturing, or engineering is advantageous.
•Proficient in spoken and written English
•Strong understanding of employer branding principles and strategies.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
•Proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
•Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
•High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key to success in this role is the ability to have a strategic approach to recruitment and HR operations, including proactive database building, market research, and leveraging job portals, employee referrals, and social networking platforms.
