BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITIONS:
The Internship Development Program is a Two-Year Rotational Program which allows new graduates to develop their professional skills and business acumen while gaining valuable work experience and making valuable contributions to MMG-Khoemacau. This structured programme provides exposure to multiple functional areas—allowing interns to build a solid foundation for their careers.
The trainees shall gain critical insights into MMG-Khoemacau operational model as well as a direct impact in helping to shape MMG-Khoemacau's future.
While we value the contributions of our Graduates and strive to provide a valuable learning experience, it is essential to understand that participation in our internship program does not guarantee a permanent position within the company.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR
EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:
A Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields:
- Public Relations and Communications
- Chemical Engineering
- Mining Engineering
- Geology
- Geotechnical Engineering
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Earth & Environmental Sciences
- Control & Instrumentation Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc) or any mining related field
Applicants must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
Must be registered with relevant local professional regulatory bodies.
