MMG Graduate/Early Career Program
Start your career where it matters. At Rosebery Mine, we’re offering driven and curious graduates the opportunity to kick off their journey in our underground hard rock mining operations, which lies against a backdrop of waterfalls, wilderness, and national parks.

Throughout the two-year program, you will receive industry exposure within the various functional disciplines allowing you to acquire experience in different facets of the organisation while allowing for exposure to MMG’s processes, technologies, and leaders.
Your growth is integral to the program with a structured two year on the job program supporting your learning through on-the-job development. The program focuses primarily on increasing self-awareness, learning from others, developing critical competencies for ongoing success and learning what you enjoy within your role.
Highlights of the program include:
- Induction Week to introduce you to the company, functions, peers, managers, and leaders held in the MMG Melbourne head office.
- Ongoing activities to share each other’s knowledge, experiences, ideas and feedback.
- Contribution to projects and exposure to our Senior Leadership team.
- Specific skills development trainings, on various technologies as well as soft skills.
- Career mentoring providing guidance in preparing for your professional life.
The Program will provide you with an outstanding opportunity to produce results, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong network within the organisation as well as the wider Mining industry over two years.
Upon completion, you will be ready to take up a variety of roles and be supported in identifying those roles within MMG that align best with your long-term career aspirations.
