As a result of recent acquisitions, and pending changes to our ERP systems, our group office has a vacancy for Human Resources Business Partner. Located in Southbank Melbourne and reporting directly to the Head of Organisation Development & Talent, this is a key advisory role for our Group Office client groups and HR communities globally.
This position expertly guides and supports General Managers, Senior Managers and Team Leads on annual HR planning and management cycles, organisational improvement programs, and day to day advice. The position also provides specialist advice to the broader HR community, supporting policy improvements, OD programs of work, change management, audits, and internal mobility.
With HR planning, management support, change management and system/process improvements as the core foundations of the role, this is a rare and unique opportunity to join a global resources organisation and work on a range of business initiatives.
To be considered, applicants must have extensive experiences in the provision of HR advisory and support services to managers across all levels of work. Knowledge and achievements in Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Change Management, Management Advice, People Leadership, Performance Improvement, HR Processes, Culture, Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility, and Productivity Improvement are essential.

This fixed term position is scheduled to start in June or July for a duration of (six) months and is located at our Group Office in Southbank, Melbourne.
