We are pleased to advise that we seek an Office Administrator. Based in Beijing and reporting to Head of Supply Chain and Beijing office, the purpose of this job is to provide administration support to Finance team and providing support to the Beijing based teams.
We need you
• Daily administrative support
• Financial related and accounting booking support.
To be considered, candidates must have
• Strong and demonstrated front of house customer service skills and experience as that role is required to provide reception coverage and be the first point of contact for contractors as they are on boarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong service delivery capabilities
• Ability to build relationships.
Key to success in this role is the ability to understanding of Finance principles.
To have experience in
• Reception
• SAP experience desirable; particularly purchase requisition and service
• Timesheet and paper administration
