Our group office has a vacancy for an SAP Transformation Delivery Lead on a fixed term basis for twelve (12) months. Reporting to the SAP Program Manager this fixed term role develops, analyses, and refines the business cases for SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals. With a focus on managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders, the key activities include:
- collaborating across SAP Migration, MMG IT & Business SME Teams
- facilitate and deliver workshops to align priorities and address objections
- gathering requirements, validating assumptions, and preparing financial models
- develop the RFP and manage the tendering process
- defining scope and preparing business cases
- identify risks (e.g., budget overruns, scope creep) and propose mitigations
- ensure compliance with organisational governance standards
- draft executive summaries and maintain a repository of business cases
With the primary focus being the preparation of Business Cases that define our transition from the SAP ECC platform to SAP S/4HANA, this role plays a key role in our transformation. Key to success is ensuring project momentum is perfectly balanced with robust processes, communication, stakeholder engagement and governance
This a rare opportunity for an experienced ERP Delivery Lead with advanced proficiency in business case development, implementations, project management, financial modelling, and stakeholder management. Applicants with recent experiences in SAP S4/HANNA implementations who have been instrumental in the business decisions behind migrations will be viewed favourably.
This position is located in Southbank, Melbourne.
