Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, the key function of this role is to liaise closely between internal Commercial & Supply Chain stakeholders and the external stakeholders within our major customers, to ensure smooth and efficient management of the supply chain. You will identify and implement profitable and innovative solutions across the network to maximise value whilst enhancing service levels and key customer KPI’s. This role provides a critical link in cross functional business project & process management leveraging both internal/external relationship across states and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering & Process Optimisation: Build strong relationships with major customers and internal stakeholders, influence key decisions for profitability, and drive process optimization and standardization initiatives across operations.
- Customer Management & Collaboration: Ensure effective communication of customer feedback, contribute to business strategy, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with logistics teams and major customers for operational improvement and mutual value.
- People Leadership & Category Management: Lead your direct reports of 2 Integrated Planners to ensure service excellence, promote a performance-driven culture, and support category growth through innovative operational initiatives.
About You
This role would align with someone who is confident in building trusted relationships, and facilitating smooth operations between internal and external stakeholders, through strong leadership skills, analytical decision making, and a drive for continuous improvement.
In addition, you will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, coupled with proven experience within FMCG / Retail environment
- Expertise in logistics, warehousing, replenishment, and customer relationship management
- High level of business acumen across logistics cost drivers
- Well developed project management and process optimization skills coupled with analytical and data driven decision making ability
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership ability, facilitating and driving outcomes cohesively
