Asahi Beverages is currently looking to hire a best-in-class Customer Experience Specialist to join our team based in Southbank, Melbourne.
If you are an experienced customer service specialist with a mind for problem solving and a keen eye for detail this is the role for you!
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Take ownership of customer inquiries by utilizing strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring first-call resolution and delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards.
- Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers.
- Strive for positive customer feedback.
- Respond to any phone based or live chat queries.
About you
You are curious and seeking to work within a customer centric driven team that continuously challenges you. In addition you will have:
- Experience in an inbound customer service role involving problem solving, logistics, operations or inventory
- Experience working in an environment with structured KPI’s.
- Telephone etiquette that is second to none, exceptional customer interaction skills.
- You excel in administration, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth and effective contact centre support.
- Solution driven mindset.
- The ability to work across different systems including SAP, Salesforce & PCP.
