Take the lead in this 12-month opportunity as Customer Marketing Manager!

As the strategic partner to key on-premise customers, you’ll activate the national activity calendar and co-create joint business plans that drive impact. Bring ideas to life, build strong customer connections, and deliver real results.

Key Accountabilities

• Attend all key customer meetings with the Account Manager.
• Partner with the Account Manager as the customer marketing lead in joint business planning with strategic customers.
• Input into key customer meetings, forums, and presentations: JBP/QBR, ranging & NPD opportunities, customer reviews, customer immersions and other key customer meetings.
• Implement 12-month customer activity calendar in collaboration with the Account Manager.
• Create compelling customer presentations to support the sell-in of marketing initiatives: founded in category, consumer and sales insights.
• Project ownership and responsibility for delivering national game plan activity and customer specific marketing initiatives.
• All customer activity planned, and project managed through the Asana business application.
• All customer activity briefed to field sales via CRM Sales Force in line with sales briefing rhythms.

About you

• Solid commercial experience gained within sales, marketing, or trade marketing
• Category experience advantageous
• Knowledge, confidence, and experience to provide strategic input into the future thinking for the on-premise channel.
• Strong understanding of on premise and its sub channels from a customer and consumer perspective.
• Strong commercial, project management and leadership skills with the ability to lead large and complex projects on their own.
• Demonstrate advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Results-driven with a deep sense of accountability and ownership.
• Customer focused with progressive aptitude at building value-based relationships.
