As a Key Account Executive (KAE) – On-Premise, you will play a pivotal role in driving profit and revenue targets for Asahi Beverages On-Premise customers. This dedicated account position requires you to deeply understand the customer value chain and collaborate with customers to jointly create more valuable strategies. This role will be based in SA and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with outstanding talent to take the next step in their career with Asahi Beverages.
Your key accountabilities:
- Gain in-depth understanding of the key drivers behind customer business and channel strategy, transforming insights into actionable customer plans.
- Negotiate and tailor terms, including pricing, activation strategies, and performance-based criteria, to drive business results.
- Achieve agreed-upon brand and commercial targets in alignment with the national account strategy and personal objectives.
- Monitor business performance and return on investment, conducting post-evaluation of investment activities to foster continuous learning and improvement.
About you
You are an ambitious, curious, and driven professional who thrives in a challenging and impactful career. You will bring:
- Proven experience in FMCG Sales, with a focus on field sales or account management.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through a data-driven, structured approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and execution skills that enable successful customer engagement.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers to secure sales and contractual agreements.
- A keen business acumen and a strategic mindset to drive sustainable growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
