Your impact:

 

Due to internal movement, we are currently looking for a National Account Executive to take up a permanent full time role and join the Asahi Lifestyle Beverages Away From Home team. In your new role you will be managing an exciting mix of key national accounts in the Fast Casual, QSR, Education and Leisure segments.

 

As the National Account Executive, you will be accountable for achieving the agreed sales, distribution, profitability, commercial activation plans, forecasting, merchandising and promotional targets for all accounts managed.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Work with all managed accounts to deliver budgeted Litres, Net sales value & GCSC targets.
  • Work with Revenue management, finance, Category & Activation team to optimise promotional plans, trade investment and return.
  • Proactively collaborates with key stake holders to plan and deliver the sales result
  • Ensure ALB is amongst ‘best practice’ vendors in servicing key customer and meeting customer KPI’S
  • Support the state teams to implement effective promotional and customer engagement programs.
  • Work collaboratively with Demand Planning teams to build accurate long-term sales forecasts to ensure stock availability and achievement of customer service targets.
  • Work effectively with Category and Activation teams as well as the State teams to ensure effective implementation of the Commercial Plan. 
  • Ensure NPD, sales promotions, merchandising, new business programs and national sales programmes are communicated and executed by the state OTG teams
  • Understand market insights to continually ‘stay ahead’ of trends and implement strategic initiatives to capitalise.

 

About you:

 

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with key accounts. You will have a commercial mindset and willingness to learn. With a supportive and collaborative team you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within your new role.

 

  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
  • Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts
  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering results and improving processes
