We’re offering a fantastic short-term development opportunity for an internal team member to step into the role of National Account Manager – Woolworths for 3 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for the achievement of Volume, NSV, and Profitability targets across multiple beverage aisle segments and market-leading brands within Woolworths.
This is a great chance to gain valuable experience managing a key retail partner, leading cross-functional collaboration, and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver promotional, revenue management and brand strategies to maximise brand share, and optimise ROI and commercial delivery.
- Be the lead point of contact with managing key cross category activations against the customer strategies.
- Lead the customer collaboration process with key internal and customer stakeholders.
- Support the customer online strategy partnering with Asahi Lifestyle Beverages’ E-commerce leads.
- Lead on relevant trading plan initiatives, monthly reporting, forecasting and day to day co-ordination and execution of the customer plan. Partner with demand planning to ensure customer centric supply chain collaboration.
About You
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts
- Experience in negotiating and closing commercial agreements
- Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
- Strategic account planning; able to apply market/ industry knowledge and insights to evaluate and develop ALB and customer opportunities
- Account management highly beneficial.
