Asahi Beverages is embarking on a bold transformation as part of our Supply Chain 2030 strategy - and we’re looking for a highly capable Head of Projects to drive and deliver this change. Based at our Southbank head office, this role reports to the GM - Manufacturing & Project Delivery and is responsible for managing a multi-year portfolio of large, complex, and technical programs across our supply network.

From building business cases to managing interdependencies and stakeholder alignment, this is your opportunity to lead programs that will shape the future of one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest beverage companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a strategic program of high-value, interdependent projects across manufacturing and supply chain
• Develop project scopes, costings, and business cases in line with governance requirements
• Oversee project implementation, risk management and stakeholder engagement
• Manage program budgets and ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality outcomes
• Influence senior stakeholders, including the Executive team and Board
• Mentor and lead a team of project and program managers

About You

• 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale programs or highly technical projects 
• Strong background in engineering, process optimisation or project delivery
• Proven experience managing multiple interdependent programs across a national network
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills - able to influence senior leaders and align competing interests
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including business case development and cost modelling
• A collaborative, proactive leadership style with a drive for results and accountability
