Join Asahi Beverages as an Administration Coordinator and step into a dynamic role that's pivotal to our nationwide operations. As part of our Equipment & Servicing team, you'll be at the heart of our business, supporting functional managers and ensuring seamless administrative processes.
Based in our Keilor Park facility, this role will also support the National Logistics Manager, the Asset & Procurement Manager and the Service Managers in various logistics, asset management and service support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to functional managers.
- Efficiently manage shared mailboxes, promptly resolving queries and escalating issues as needed.
- Review, create, and update material and master data records to ensure accurate equipment allocation, account details, and seamless service operations.
- Manage detailed reporting in Excel and SAP, ensuring data accuracy to support Equipment & Servicing operations, sales teams, and asset lifecycle activities.
- Take charge of data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of SOPs, optimising existing processes.
- Manage invoice creation and follow-up, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Assist logistics with sales queries, addressing escalations promptly.
- Review and adjust asset allocations to maintain accurate accounts.
About You:
We are seeking an individual that has clear communication skills and an ability to operate autonomously. A professional and personable person who is hard working and knows how to have fun with their colleagues.
- Strong administrative background, ideally with logistics, service, or asset management exposure.
- Track record of continuous improvement and meeting operational targets.
- You have a keen eye for detail and accuracy when working with large datasets and master records, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- You’re confident using systems like SAP, Excel, and SharePoint to manage, report and improve data quality and you thrive on keeping information organised and up to date. CRM (Salesforce) is highly desirable
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively.
- Strong multitasking abilities without compromising quality.
