Your Impact

 

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Category Planning & Execution Manager to help drive Asahi’s success across categories and channels. In this role, you’ll support the build, delivery, and course correction of category and channel plans to maximise objectivity and joint value creation (JVC). You’ll be responsible for developing and executing activation plans that align with our commercial strategies, budgets, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs), driving these initiatives through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. A key part of the role is working cross-functionally with Sales, Category Marketing, Finance & Demand Planning to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and the achievement of sales targets.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ownership of Category Plans and tracking of performance to plan
  • Support Category Development, Perfect Store & Revenue Growth Management in implementing the strategic agenda for key customers
  • Execute initiatives and go to market tactics with excellence, adapting to changing market conditions and exploiting short term opportunities

 

 

About you:

 

  • Solid experience within Sales/Marketing
  • Proven experience building & fostering relationships with senior stakeholders both externally & internally
  • Experience in the On the Go & On Premise channels highly desirable
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience utilising shopper analytics to create actionable plans
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
