Your Impact
As Brand Manager – Hard Rated & Good Tides, you’ll play a critical role in driving the long-term brand and commercial strategy across two key RTD brands within a large portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Hard Rated & Good Tides, you’ll take ownership of key strategies, and lead innovation, partnership and communication projects for these two fast-moving brands. You'll also support commercial planning, and ensure consistent execution across channels, customers, and experiences.
This role offers responsibility for brand performance management, creative development, media and experiential planning, customer-led activation, and partnership alignment — working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver bold, insight-led outcomes in line with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the performance of your brands, providing commercial commentary and inputs into rhythms including full P&L accountability, brand equity, and health metrics
- Identify risks and opportunities, and activate smart strategies to drive brand and commercial performance
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns, packaging evolution, and sponsorship leverage
- Partner with the Innovation team to shape and deliver a strong 3–5-year innovation strategy, and develop and execute launch plans for key innovations
- Drive event and experience execution, briefing agencies and working closely with internal stakeholders
- Bring the brand’s social platforms to life through clear strategy and on-trend content
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and advertising standards
- Take the lead on partnering with the Brand Extensions team to leverage the brands in new ways
- Champion customer-led execution, partnering with key internal teams to ensure quality and brand standards are met
About You:
- A genuine passion for our categories, marketing, and delivering brilliant brand work
- 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, beverages or lifestyle categories
- Strong understanding of consumer, shopper, and market trends and their influence on brand strategy
- Experience in agency briefing, creative leadership, and campaign delivery
- Commercial experience monitoring brand performance and reading a P&L
- A clear communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and working cross-functionally to influence and deliver outcomes
- A track record of executing integrated campaigns that deliver both brand and commercial success
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage projects end-to-end, and inspire others along the way
