Your Impact
The Reporting & Analytics Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Asahi Beverages Sales Teams through insight driven reporting and analysis, Sales Incentive Plan reporting and key periodic reporting.
The role supports the Commercial Sales Teams & Regional Sales Operations Managers, through the ownership of reporting of people and customer performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Support design and improvement of field Sales Incentive Programs (SIP) by utilizing insights and recommendation from previous programs and feedback from key stakeholders.
- Build and coordinate targeting of periodic reporting for the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
- Build, coordinate and provide support for Execution dashboards for all Sales teams monthly reviews
- Partner with execution owners to establish reporting and target requirements
- Current system enhancement – design input, testing, rollout and support including ownership of Data and reporting within Salesforce CRM.
- Report consolidation of performance metrics including core competency, executions, tap compliance & draught performance.
- Assist in development and maintenance of national field service model
- Review data/reporting enquiries and correct as required partnering with master data and BI teams
- As a key member of the sales operations team assist in the development of the sales team’s broader knowledge base of key tools and processes through team meetings/forums
- To provide support, guidance and solutions for all Sales Teams and act as a conduit between Sales and Shared Business Services
- Identify current operational gaps while proactively working on solution and /or improvement processes
About you
The role requires a high level of skill in presenting actionable insight through succinct, direct and relevant reporting. Other attributes we are looking for:
- Experience in data reporting, analysis, or a related role with high proficiency in excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong self-leadership, while actively sharing knowledge and collaborating with others.
