Your Impact

Join our team as a Packaging QA Specialist at the Tullamarine manufacturing facility, where quality is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll help shape and uphold a strong quality culture by ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, customer, and internal standards. You'll also influence quality performance and be a key player in driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, train and audit operating staff on QA procedures and equipment calibration
• Manage the Supplier Non-Conformance Reporting system and drive quality improvement with raw material suppliers
• Lead the QC Hold program for the site and act as a subject matter expert in quality-related problem-solving
• Investigate and implement corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints
• Monitor and analyse manufacturing inputs/outputs to ensure compliance with national specifications
• Provide expert support for internal and external audits, ensuring ongoing site and customer quality compliance
• Contribute to the delivery of quality KPIs through proactive systems support and stakeholder collaboration

About You

You're passionate about quality and bring with you:

• Previous experience in QA within FMCG or food manufacturing
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of SPC, change management, and project delivery
• A proactive, analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications beneficial
