Your Impact

As a Machine Operator at our Welshpool facility, you will be an integral part of a wider team that works to create the beverages that our consumers know and love. You will be a team player with the task of ensuring the smooth operation of a wide range of machinery throughout the facility. Responsible for delivering to the deadlines and requirements of the daily production schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Machine operation of equipment at our facility
• Picking raw materials and packaging for production and/ or processes.
• Assist in stocktaking procedure.
• Quality and testing of equipment, product and processes within assigned work areas and acting appropriately to rectify issues as identified.
• Ensuring that there are no product losses by following in place processes and guidelines
• Basic fault finding and troubleshooting of equipment and the escalation of any issues where required
• Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues including the use of correct PPE always

About You

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• An ability to perform work with limited supervision
• A current forklift licence (preferred but not required)
• A passion for safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that your colleagues are operating in a safe manner and following processes to a tee
• An ability to make decisions and solve problems on the fly whilst remaining level-headed
• An ability to juggle numerous responsibilities at any given time without sacrificing quality
• An ability to work on repetitive tasks maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus
• You love working with people and teams at all levels
