Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to lead and manage end-to-end (E2E) credit processes within our Regional Hub. This role is crucial in ensuring timely debt collection, mitigating credit risk, and enhancing the overall business and customer experience. You will work closely with onshore and offshore teams, internal stakeholders, and Commercial teams to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement.
About the Role
- Drive credit function execution, including debt collection, credit risk mitigation, and process optimization across onshore and offshore teams.
- Monitor and manage adherence to service quality, business KPIs, and compliance targets, ensuring performance and timely resolution of claims.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Credit and Commercial Services roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- Champion process re-engineering, automation, and RPA to deliver a best-in-class credit function and enhance customer experience.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Commercial Finance, and Offshore Credit teams to align goals and improve outcomes.
- Use insights and commercial reporting to guide strategic decisions, resolve overdue debt, and drive operational excellence.
About You
- Strong experience in commercial credit
- Previous expertise in continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and strong service/process management background.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels, including 3rd party BPO partnerships.
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business operations knowledge.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments with excellent organisational and influencing capabilities
- Tertiary qualification preferred
