Your Impact

As a Vendor Replenishment Planner, you will be the key interface between Supply Chain and our customer to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is a 9-week secondment commencing in December 2025, and a great opportunity to gain training & exposure to an integral function within the supply chain life-cycle.

Based in Huntingwood or North Ryde, NSW. 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the replenishment function, including placing orders & monitoring automated orders generated by the system
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply to achieve our inventory targets
• Review promotional & baseline demand forecasts 
• Conducting root cause analysis in relation to out of stock items / delivery variances
• Managing inbound and outbound DIFOT KPI’s
• Key conduit externally and internal between commercial sales, supply chain and customer and managing these relationships
• Problem solve for any unexpected challenges

This is a position for a driven and energetic professional who wants to gain valuable experience in a short-term secondment to broaden their understanding of supply chain and develop new skills.

• SAP/RELEX experience would be highly regarded
