Over the last few years, we’ve expanded our beer branded hospitality footprint through partners and self-operated venues. We operate 30 beer-branded venues across Australia through a mix of partner and self-operated locations.

 

 

We are looking for someone that wants to lead our expansion agenda and leave a legacy behind. You will play a critical role in the roll out and be responsible for looking at the way we activate and execute our existing partnerships venue’s and improve customer centricity, overall venue look and feel, and activations.   

 

 

About the role

 

 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative hospitality management team while partnering closely with internal marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Drive long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach—always striving for excellence.
  • Own and implement change initiatives to continuously improve venue activation and customer-centric execution.
  • Manage multiple partner venues and brands, ensuring branded agreements are delivered effectively and cost-efficiently, creating authentic brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to activate and execute brand strategies within venues.
  • Monitor venue performance, customer experience, and staff satisfaction, leveraging digital tools to integrate customer insights into targeted marketing efforts.

 

 

About you

 

 

  • Strong experience in sales, partnerships, or trade/marketing management—hospitality industry knowledge a must.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality trends, consumer behaviour, and the ability to translate insights into engaging venue concepts and activations.
  • Passionate about hospitality and developing people within a motivating, high-energy environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales, manage costs, and achieve financial targets without compromising quality.
  • Proactive problem solver and decisive leader who takes ownership to improve processes and seize new opportunities.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with customers, partners, staff, and leadership—willing to travel regularly.
