Your Impact

As our next Sales Coordinator, you’ll step into a dynamic and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the glue between Sales and Supply Chain, supporting critical business functions ranging from fleet and asset coordination to export operations and commercial communications.

This is more than just a coordination role – it’s a chance to contribute to the commercial engine of a leading beverage company, while gaining exposure across multiple departments and growing your skillset.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting succession plans in our export team, following recent structural changes within the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Own and manage sales budget processes, POs, GRs, and invoice tracking for key suppliers and ONP Channel Capex
• Coordinate all vehicle fleet management for Asahi Beverages NZ, working closely with Fleet Partners and internal procurement
• Act as gatekeeper for all asset placements including fridges and beer systems, ensuring alignment with ROI and commercial strategy
• Provide end-to-end export sales support for Non-Alc across the Oceania region, and assist the Regional Sales Manager with Alc export
• Manage customer communications across all channels, ensuring consistent, professional, and timely engagement
• Support broader team activities including PI management, vendor admin, and cross-departmental initiatives
• Be ready to pivot and support where needed – flexibility and collaboration are key to success here

About You

• Highly proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI and Salesforce/CRM tools is a bonus
• Background in FMCG, supply chain, logistics, or export support is beneficial but not essential
• You’re a self-starter, adaptable, and happy wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with a hands-on approach
• Culturally aligned with a collaborative, flexible, and solution-focused team
• Ideally, you'll bring internal knowledge of Asahi or similar businesses – but attitude and aptitude are equally valued
